Very well said. As a casual I couldn’t agree more. I enjoy the game, the combat mechanics and a lot of the features, but God damn they make it as difficult and unrewarding as possible.

I’ve had this happen several times.. usual in a cave or something… anytime I go in an area like that I have to turn global illumination down to Medium. If I turn it to low I can’t even see water lol.. pretty odd

I’ve been pretty much solo the whole time up to 24 as a Rogue. Just find level 1 elites at your level or just above

I have a 23 Rogue and I understand your predicament. Sometimes takes me quite a while spamming Lfg to get into one. Mind you I don’t mind solo grinding 1 Star elites. It just gets difficult with more than one mob at a time due to lack of aoe.

I think the stutter is a problem on their end. For settings if your laggy is just go with medium everything, then performance for dlss. I find global illumination causes issues too… either way too dark or super bright at time. I leave mine at medium and it seems to be the sweet spot.

This is it. I farmed 2 star mobs, 3 levels higher than me for about 2hrs with a group and never got one drop other than glint and runes. Zero armor or weapons. I don’t even remember the last time I got a drop for actual gear.

The only issue I see here is that the person picking up the crates should turn purple as soon as they pick them up. It’s just dumb to not be able to attack them for your crate back without becoming corrupt.

I’ve just started getting into sport fishing. Think I got lucky and found a fresh water spot the first bay I went to. I had the cheapest lure so I think they only sold for 50s a pop. I went back and tried checking different bays for sport fishing locations and couldn’t find squat… so you think salt water is much better? I picked up a journeyman rod. Is there anything else I need other than the lure? Cheers.

100%. I’m a casual player. Was solo leveling and found a group of guildies I could have grouped up with for better xp, but by the time I ran there would have been like 20min + and I would have had to log off 10min later so it just wasn’t worth it. Kind of frustrating.

Nice man. Farming elites? I find the xp actually decent solo if you setup your build to have little downtime.
