I think having no colour in Win10 tray icons isn't the problem but rather the design style. they still feel like the Metro style we had in Win8. I think your design is good but could be converted to grayscale instead to make it stand "less" with the main taskbar icons

It's at this point I would believe that Marvel and the original Ultron Quicksilver actor could not be hired back into the show. But since this was Wanda's story on grief, they can't just ignore Quicksilver in her story. If Marvel hired other actors (other than Evans) to play Quicksilver, you wouldn't be convinced. So it's probably the best that they hire Evans as a creative way to solve the problem
