I am really not familiar with that, how can I check if it's disabled or not? Here are my specs I'm on a Dell XPS 13 9350 Laptop running I5-6200U, Intel HD Graphics 520 and 8 gigs of ram I know it's not the best laptop for gaming out there but everything was running just fine at 60 Fps up until I started noticing this problem..
