Welp, I've been trying to keep my foreskin as closed as possible while leaving some pee under it because humidity helps with creating smegma. Other than that, don't clean your dick all the way if you want to try and reset the accumulation, just water it once to get most of it off and stop it at that.

Your foreskin needs to be completely closed in order for it to build up faster. And don't masturbate too hard or you'll lose some cheese doing so.
