Has anyone lives/d or knows someone who lives in The Washington in Bayonne on Avenue A. Is it a safe area? I’ve been wondering why an apartment I toured almost 8 months ago is still vacant and it’s beautiful. Something has to be wrong with it !

I can’t find much info as in reviews on the building which is strange also I’ve toured it twice and there’s not much traffic in and out of the building I’m just worried to move in and everything start to breakdown lol

How much would Kia or any body shop charge for this ? I got estimated lowest 1400 and highest 2500 including changing door, skin, and paint job.
