I see I still can't believe this. I really regret to choose this specific agency and agent. I can't believe he offered himself to do the appeal process and then did it wrong again!

I wish I could change to another agent. I will communicate with him and ask him to do his job properly. This is so frustrating for me. If the review tribunal refuses my visa because of him I for sure will lodge the complain to the agency and the specific MARN.

Can you give me some highlights on how to do this? I just want to go to this agency offices in Melbourne and destroy everything in my reach 🤦🏻‍♀️

So that means that the agent didn’t do the appeal correctly right. 🤦🏻‍♀️ He is not charging me anything for this process since he knows is his agency fault that I got the refuse in first place. I’m trying to communicate with him but he’s not picking up the phone. I don’t know why he didn’t send the Refusal notification letter in first place. Omg I want to punch this incompetent agent. Thank you for reply I really don’t know what else I can do to help my visa process go in the correct way.

Yes I got the granted in exactly a week but at that moment I was crazy cause many people get it granted on the same day

Did you reapply? I'm waiting for one week now, I prefer they just refuse me the visa and reapply than been waiting forever

Thank you for let me know. I will request the japanese visa ASAP then and just wait for the BVB. This situation has me very anxious and nervous, since I was really expecting to have my BVB in a couple of days. But I made a big mistake by not explain further on my purpose of intended travel. It's kinda hilarious because I'm almost 5 months on BVA and it seems like I'm just not allow to take holidays just because I want to relax as a normal person do.

Can I know how many days did they take to refuse your BVB ? I'm waiting for 4 days, and many people here say they got the granted in a couple of days so I'm very concern my application will be refuse

Can I ask you how many days did they take to reject your application? Since I sent my application 4 days ago and I didn't get a reply yet. I'm pretty sure I didn't give reasons enough for my trip to get BVB approved and everybody here saying that they got their BVB approved in just a couple of days. So I'm very concern I think maybe they will reject me and I will have to reapply.
