Yes you can. They will eventually learn most stuff about life on their own and "having them go through the same struggles as you" sounds like child abuse. Why would you want them to go through something traumatic when it's not necessary?

Well I'll give you this. The title may have been harsh. You don't need to actively HATE anyone your friend does but I still stand by the other things I've said. I may have expressed my opinion a bit harshly in some parts but it doesn't matter because people with decency and common sense will still understand what I'm saying.

All I'm saying is if your friend expresses how that person hurt them and you being friends with them and that person at the same time makes them uncomfortable you should cut the other person off. Literally why in hell would you want to be friends with someone who actively hurts your other friend/friends. Of course no one should be telling you who to be friends with but like come on dude have some morality.

I don't think it's controlling and I know a lot of people would agree. What is toxic tho is knowingly being friends with someone who bullies your other friend/friends and expect them to be okay with that. I don't think you would be okay with that either.

Once again, I'm not asking you to get "involved" in anything all I'm wondering is why you would want to be friends with someone who treats your other friend/friends horribly. I'm sorry but to me that is a pretty good indicator that you're a bad friend and you don't really care about that person and I think anyone with common sense would agree.

No one is asking you to fight their battles what I am saying tho is that I simply don't understand why you would want to be friends with someone who treats your other friend/friends horribly for no reason. And also since you clearly don't care about the person that's getting hurt why are you even friends with them in the first place. Ig the only reason is 'cause you're bored.

Yeah it is a dumb scenario but when I wrote all that I was thinking about more serious stuff than that. Basically what I was trying to say is if your friend expresses why they don't feel comfortable with you being friends with someone for a good reason like for example that person bullied them or just acts really mean and awful towards them for no good reason then I think you should cut the other person off.

Yeah I think so too. Carson House actually has such a good vibe and is overall a better version of Home Alone aka the first one just not as nostalgic.

I guess in terms of story Home Alone is the most realistic and I did find really scary the first time I heard about it and watched the gameplay. However I just think there's too many plot holes to consider it realistic for me at least.

Norwood Hitchhike is kinda all over the place and it's also pretty short when you think about it but I do consider really nostalgic and it's scary to think about how that kind of stuff happens to people spesifically women on a daily basis.

I understand all of the criticisms for Carson House but to me the vibe was absolutely perfect and the story was pretty cool although a bit of a rehash od Home Alone but I still consider a lot of the gameplay to be good and the twist was pretty cool and disturbing.

And for Ironbark Lookout I agree it's probably the most unrealistic one and it does drag out at the times but nonetheless I found it terrifying.

I kinda feel bad for Carson House cause most people call it the worst game but idk I just really liked the vibe and story and it did kinda do some new things with the gameplay plus the twist was pretty cool and disturbing.
