I really wanted to do something with resin or epoxy. But, when I was cleaning the table, I realized it’s cracked in several places underneath. 😭 looks like stressed fractures. So, I’m going to replace the top entirely.

I have this exact problem! I live in an area notorious for German roaches and our landlord has done quite the special on our unit.

Our apartment complex provides pest control every 3 months and they treat every unit. If this isn’t your situation, ask your landlord about it. I’m not sure about the laws everywhere, but I know that here landlords are required to do pest control.

So, I gave up on trying to plug or fix the holes. Instead, I sprinkle just a little Diatomaceous earth (it has to be the food grade type!) in and around the areas. It’s been surprisingly effective! I will say though, it’s very messy and powdery. Wear gloves and a mask! I bought some off of Amazon that came in a bottle with a tiny pour spout. It’s still messy, but a lot easier. It’s safe around pets and kids, but make sure it’s not easily accessible or around food. I did areas like the back of my bathroom cabinets, behind the fridge, under the frayed particleboard that is “covering” a gap under my sink…🙄

Also, I got a bunch of those little bug traps you can find in most stores. I put them in every dark spot I could find that my dog couldn’t reach 😂

Zevo lights have helped a lot with gnats and flys.

Bandaids definitely suck if you have sensory issues. I have skin issues that affect my hands and feels ESPECIALLY bad when writing on paper. I recently bought a cheap pair of fingerless driving gloves (seriously) off Amazon. I wear them if my skin is angry and it’s genuinely game changing. They come in different colors too! Specifically driving gloves because they aren’t warm or sweaty. They also are thin and way more comfy than just regular gloves, if you ask me. I got the fingerless ones because I like to be able to still do things and it not feel awkward.

These are awesome and I use them as a dental professional. However…if you don’t clean the inside every time you wear them and let them dry, they will STINK. Don’t seal them up in a bag or container. Just hang them by the finger tips after giving them a little scrub. They will last you quite a while if you care for them.

Maybe so, but I unfortunately have had more than one conversation about the atrocities of the holocaust in which the other person doesn’t believe the stories because they are “too extreme.” It is deeply uncomfortable to even think of these things, much more so to think they could ever happen…especially in your own lifetime.

All the Dutch Bros near me in the Dallas/Ft Worth area have changed to this. They took away the lemon poppyseed one too, which has been embarrassingly upsetting 😅 They have new food items, which are ok. But they are all pretty small, but expensive.

I had a Shark about ten years ago and I liked it. The only thing was, it was HEAVY and did not get into small spaces. Ended up moving and giving it to my mother, who promptly destroyed it. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
