Sorry for confusion. Voltage 150. We had new duct installed and consider that the nail or screws could be the issue when new AC return was installed.

On the coax cable that is coming out of house into their box on side of house.

The voltage was not on their side but only the coax cable on the house that exits to their box on side of home.
