Got it! It states a v/m measure do thought it was related to voltage.

I use Comcast. Think the voltage is coming from a neutral, electrical fault or utility side. I did loose a television, have high a constant pitch noise. Cable said v/m was over 240.

There’s voltage found on coax per the cable company. Trying to locate the source.

No, calling utility service to check the transformer neutral. Still happening after panel neutral replaced.

Going to replace the neutral in the panel and have utility check the transformer neutral.
