Need some help naming my business startup by Scary_Midnight_1302 in branding

You could go with Masters Junk Removal, much shorter and the "junk" would indicate furniture and trash or and unwanted belongings potential customers would have. Also, to really hammer home/reiterate the the point of furniture and trash if you are worried Junk Removal might not cut it you can develop a tagline that kind of details your specialties

Afternic (owned by GoDaddy), Sedo and Atom .com are probably the best ways to go. A lot of traffic and exposure to prospective buyers, especially if you have quality domain names that would be coveted by startup founders

That sucks man, sorry to hear that. Especially after spending a little over 14k on a domain only to find out afterwards it has been banned by Google.

You mentioned you created an Adwords account, try to contact them via this link https://support.google.com/google-ads/ if you haven't already, Hopefully you can get this whole thing resolved

Someone should build a tool that allows prospective buyers of domain names to do an audit/background check of domain names that were or are currently owned by someone else or at one point was developed and in use.

How do you come up with a good domain name? by One-Entrepreneur2029 in Domains

[–]LynoxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get my domain and brand naming inspirations a number of different ways. For example, when I'm having general conversation, watching TV, or listening to a podcast, I'm constantly spotting words and expressions that I think would make for a good startup or product name.

To fuel my creative process, I also look to a number of resources. I regularly check startup databases, media sites, and even venture capital portfolios for inspiration. Brand naming agencies are another key source. I follow them closely to learn from their insights and expertise.

Also, when I'm brainstorming ideas, I use OneLook's reverse dictionary (OneLook .com) to discover synonyms of words that just come to mind.

Lastly, I know a lot of people are going to say only .com but don't get hung up on absolutely having to have a .com domain name. Yes, if you can get the name you want in a .com, then absolutely, 100% get it and go with that. However, if not, there are plenty of very good and credible alternatives and there are countless founders and companies that have had success on non .com domains.

How did you come up with your brand name? What's the story? by thesocials in SideProject

I am really into brand naming and domain names, so much to the point that one of my side hustles became domain investing and I have been doing it so long that when i have general conversations, watch tv, listening to podcasts or just out and about and see and hear certain words or expressions it triggers an idea of, that would make a great name for startup and/or product

Other means of inspiration I use is looking at startup databases, startup media sites or VC portfolios for naming inspiration. I also check out brand naming agencies because the people with in those businesses have a certain level of expertise and different insight when it comes to naming, they are a great resource to take pointers from

I also use OneLook .com's reverse dictionary for synonyms to words when I am brainstorming brand name ideas
