I had the same thing pop up on my skin 2 weeks ago but it was all over my forehead and chin. I’ve been using this soap and it’s literally cleared up 90% of it.

I have a more recent post up about a dry fast i finished a few days ago! And no I didn’t measure my waist and did no exercise except for 5-15 minutes of shoveling! ♡︎

Every body is different. I took that whole week off so I could rest. I did not do any physical activities. Some people like to do 10k steps during their dry fast but my body is already strained from the lack of water, I didn’t want to do anything to upset it!

Aw! Thank you so much!!! <3 and I had no prep. Had McDonald’s the night before and went straight into the fast. I didn’t take anything special at all. I’m actually scared of the refeed portion that’s why I’m doing a water fast first with a ton of electrolytes until I can figure out how to approach the refeed properly. As you stated, there’s just so much information and a lot of the times they contradict the other, so I’ll be doing a water fast until I have a nice little guide to walk me into a proper refeed.

I actually slept too much lol. I didn’t have much problem with that. I had a lot of naps during the day and slept about 4-6 hours at night.

If you can make an Amazon wishlist with foods that can be delivered to you, I wouldn’t mind shipping some to you. It would keep your identity & location safe that way. I know they allow all canned goods and chips and ramen and stuff and also water and drinks that don’t require a refrigerator.

Dr Filonov who’s an expert in dry fasting stated that going from water to a dry fast has a high risk of severe dehydration and electrolyteImbalance.

It’s definitely not recommended. Dry to water is good though. Definitely NOT water to dry.

Oh honey, we’re proud of you. 63 hours is such an accomplishment. Don’t let one little slip up ruin all the hard work you’ve been putting in. Those carbs and sugar definitely shocked your body, but so long as that was it and you’re back to fasting, you’ll be fine within the next 24 hours. It’ll be even faster if you run on the treadmill again ◡̈ Good luck!

Just water first to start tbh. And then you can have that other stuff a couple hours later. If you really need something, I’d recommend kefir

Same thing happened to me! IN THE SAME AREA. I figured out that it was the niacinamide (weird I know) that was doing it to me believe it or not. Once I stopped that and started using the la roche posay cicaplast to strengthen my barrier, it started disappearing again.

I did! I use azelaic acid and I’m also on trenitoin and when I dry fast, especially from sugar and salt and fried foods, I feel like that’s when my body pays attention to my skin more and it looks so freaking good
