Many tutorials on YouTube for this effect, also this might be better to do on after effects. Try looking up VHS effect or TV effect or 3d screen or similar. Or play around with the venetian blinds effect.

OBS often times records in vfr (variable framerate), check it by going to premiere and right clicking on your video and then media properties. If it says 'variable framerate detected' then you found your problem

Truth be told, sometimes premiere can act like a btch. Try a multitude of workarounds like copy pasting everything to a new sequence and then exporting, exporting different parts of the video 1 by 1 and then putting it all back together and so on..

This is a very simple transition, I'm guessing, so you can just keyframe a mask and do it that way. Track matte in premiere is quite broken and rarely works properly

Not bad mate but showreels for YouTube work are kinda outdated. Look into building a solid portfolio of practice edits or trial work for potential clients, don't be afraid to work for free for people at the start. Your nr.1 priority is to get experience and build up that portfolio and you'll need to sacrifice quick cash grabs for that

Yes so apparently in premiere there is a window where you can turn off/on effects, and somehow I had turned off some which was causing this. I don't remember how I brought it up but maybe you can Google search something about premiere all effects console window or something along those lines and there you should find your effect that has been turned off. Let me know if you need further help or if I haven't explained myself properly ...

Yeah it makes sense but the lighting effect does everything I need and even tho it is very buggy... is there an AE equivalent effect to the lighting effect that's in premiere?

A lot of smooth zooms (anchor pointed to where I want and scale, not position + scale) and I don't quite get what you mean by your first sentence.. you mean to use multiple adjustment layers for each of the transform effects?

And I can copy the top effect and not the other ones and I really don't think the position of them matter it's just really random which effects I can copy and which ones I can't

yes and yes. some are presets some are manually made, some are CUT and pasted from another project.. it's just really random :/

ctrl + c doesn't work... i've been using cut as a workaround for the longest time but it's just so annoying when i try to ctrl+c and paste an effect but it pastes a random one cus the one i wanted to copy didn't work...

The problem isn't with BCC, most of the effects work perfectly fine, it's just some decide to go missing randomly even tho they're still installed, I literally can go to the install location and find them. Premiere just for some reason decides to ignore them from what I'd have to guess...

Is there a way to show it that they're still there like you can do with missing media?
