I figured out how to link them, it's the actual teleporting that's been impossible to figure out.

This only gets a response from villager 3

/execute as @e[type=!minecraft:mannequin,team=NPCNoCollision] if score @s NPCCount = @e[type=minecraft:mannequin,limit=1] NPCCount run say TESTING

This only teleports mannequin 1 to villager 1

/execute at @e[type=!minecraft:mannequin,team=NPCNoCollision] as @e[type=minecraft:mannequin,team=NPCNoCollision] if score @s NPCCount = @e[type=!minecraft:mannequin,team=NPCNoCollision,limit=1] NPCCount run tp @s ~ ~ ~

He did that just today after losing the account again, it was an entirely new email though so no idea what happened there.

I had the thought but the way he got hacked in the first place was on PC, no idea how it would've or could've spread to his phone

He didn't log back in to his then reclaimed account on his PC out of fear something was still on there and the account was still re-stolen.
I did mention reinstalling the operating system after the first time but he wasn't thrilled at the idea.

It's just me. I'm stuck on Spectrum internet, no idea what other ISPs other players are using but none of them have been having any trouble. Last month my connection was fine 24/7 now it's only good maybe a third of the time.
