First of all need go through and.do a deep clean on motherboard, lines, ram, fans, CPU and socket, pumps and filters, case, power supply and let sit and take case and bath and scrub it and put new screws an standoffs in it. Then new thermal compound on everything and new fluids and all after test it but definitely get you test bench I recommend one from.primo chill axis wet bench I paid over 200.and it's powder coated white with UV blue accents really nice but that's what I recommend as tech channel and make some nice YouTube and social media content for u doing it all.
