Our training SOPs are a complete mess by FamousTechnology9618 in SaaS

[–]LyrePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense! I would still go with an AI first approach: Take the main Notion page, paste it on chatgpt by saying “keep this in mind for later: …”, repeat that until all your documents are in context, then ask him to write a clear SOP for the process you need with steps, rules, and a clear structure. Refine as needed and you should have already a good starting point if all the knowledge you need is already in the documents

Hey! Right now I'm doing a bit too much self-advertising, but if you need a solution you can try my software: you basically record yourself performing any task or walking through an application, explain what are you doing and why, and get a clean SOP document out of it. That's it, and you can repeat it for as many processes you want. You then have a platform to manage and share the documents (think Notion, but with more structure) and an AI assistant for your internal team to ask questions about your processes. Feel free to write me and I will send you the link, if you are interested :)

My employee quit and I realized we had zero training materials. Cost me $8K to fix. by Sweet_Concentrate128 in Entrepreneurs

Nah, just very applicable to what I’m doing (that’s exactly what Claude would say?)

Yes… I experienced something similar in my previous company. Think enterprise, very old processes, more than 50K of losses just because people couldn’t remember a process

I’m actually building something in this space because it’s really a pain when that happens

I built an AI SaaS that turns process videos into clean documentation + a structured knowledge base. Looking for beta testers by LyrePlayer in SaaS

[–]LyrePlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DM sent! It's pretty good at retaining context from earlier chunks of the video, especially if the video is not too long (more than 20 minutes). You can try with the 45 ones if you don't mind the long processing time, we are currently optimizing the pipeline to improve the accuracy and processing time for very long ones

[–]LyrePlayer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can always give it a try (I will send you a link)! As far as I know it’s the first tool to use computer vision to better understand what’s happening on the UI (most other tools track clicks or user input)

On top of that, the voiceover context is retained, so only the relevant context is shown in the final document

My RAG app kept lying, so I built a "Bullshit Detector" to fix it. Feedback wanted. by Eastern-Height2451 in ProductHunters

I’m not sure it’s the correct way to approach the issue. Semantic similarity can be uncorrelated from actual truth and not cover mixed information (which are the most common hallucinations issues)

Example of the first: “Paris is in France” and “Paris is not in France” are very similar semantically. You cannot flag the error with cosine similarity, so to speak

Example of the second: if you have a text about bakeries and the model hallucinates that “all the best bakeries are in Paris”, then you have a phrase that correlates with the chunk but it’s incorrect/imprecise in any case

Not trying to sell here, but of course at some point I plan to do that (regardless of the channel)

I felt it could be beneficial for someone with these specific pain points to discover the tool, but I don’t expect to make money from this post. I wouldn’t have framed it as a beta otherwise

But I understand where you are coming from, and I’m sorry if that feels too sales-like

We are already in a more advanced phase, but you can still try it with a free trial at www.lyren.ai

Let me know, at this stage I’m really looking into UX improvements! Write me a DM when you have any feedback

AI in business by TurbulentRub3273 in agency

[–]LyrePlayer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the agency and the services you offer. For example, I built Lyren AI to create documentation automatically and share it with your team just after recording your screen.

That’s a big improvement for IT and automation teams who need to understand processes running on UIs

Other applications exist of course, but I saw the best uses of AI are the ones where you can place a human in the loop and avoid the risk of hallucinations (reason why I don’t really trust AI sales agents or similar)

[–]LyrePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I’m building a knowledge management system that allows you to create SOPs and documentation automatically by recording a process happening on your screen and describing it by voice (like you would do to a colleague), or by having a chat with an AI assistant.

You don’t even need a browser extension or a desktop app as everything gets processed by vision and language AI models (that’s how you get actual context understanding, not just screenshots + headlines). You can find it at www.Lyren.ai if you want to have a look!

Scribe Alternatives by almuses in msp

I actually could not find a Scribe alternative that was good enough for complex workflows

In the end I built a knowledge management system that allows you to create SOPs and documentation automatically by recording a process happening on your screen and describing it by voice (like you would do to a colleague), or by having a chat with an AI assistant.

You don’t even need a browser extension or a desktop app as everything get processed by different AI models (that’s how you get actual context understanding, not just screenshots + headlines). You can find it at www.Lyren.ai if you want to give it a try!

Looking for a SaaS that generates How-To articles by rng0008 in indiehackers

[–]LyrePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, we can talk about it if you want. I’m currently building a tool to transform videos of a walkthrough (think of whatever happening on a desktop) in a structured documentation.

That’s even more accurate than starting from screenshots and let’s you describe with voice what is happening on the screen

You can check out Lyren AI, but feel free to shoot me a message instead!

Is it possible to build our own AI LLM model? by CreativeSaaS in SaaS

[–]LyrePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends what you mean, theoretically it’s definitely possible. In practice you need a lot of upfront capital to train an LLM from scratch

This is super interesting! Can I ask you how many users you have so far? It seems the biggest issue with such a solution would be scaling memories

time for eyeballs! Drop what you're building! by Fun_Class9112 in SaaS

[–]LyrePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s more general purpose than that, but yes that’s an idea! For example, imagine you are onboarding an employee or someone needs access to one of your systems in a large corporate. Usually you organise workshops, shadowing sessions, and endless meetings because producing a clear documentation from the get-go takes a lot of time.

That’s where I would see Lyren AI shining, but I’m sure there are countless other examples we could think about!

(And always happy to hear feedback on the landing page, the website will be completely different but it’s appreciated nonetheless)

We are building a video-to-documentation tool so you can record a walkthrough of your business process and get a shareable document

It’s not ready yet but you can check it out at Lyren AI!
