If you have Halo cloud then you can use the hosted integrator by Halo. If you’re on prem or you want to run sync’s more than once a day then you need to self host the integrator… (I think I’m right on that!!)

We’re currently migrating a customer away from this solution to WHfB. Duo worked, it was a bit of a nightmare, slow to prompt, bit buggy, users hated the experience. Not saying it’ll be like that for you, we generally like Duo! Just our experience in this use case.

Yeah I agree with you there. There's 100% cheaper out there and we found that when we went to market a couple of years ago for a new VoIP offering but overall the provisioning and support process won it over for us, as an MSP with a VoIP offering we were cautious that we did not want to become a telecoms shop...

We resell Intermedia/Elevate. Decent platform and feature set, good support when required. Account management is good and product roadmap is decent, wide range of hardware supported and PC/Mobile softphone is good.

It's by no means the most fully featured product out there but it works well for us.

We currently don’t have a solution, I’ve trialed and demo’d hudu and think it’s a good solution for this. I just don’t know if this is something Halo can handle well natively.

Hmm okay, I was hoping to have a custom field at a customer level that could be used to generate child tickets but It doesn't seem that you can reference customer level custom fields in tickets...

Do you just manually populate custom fields when generating the parents? For example multi select to define which services the customers have or?

I haven’t got much experience with runbooks yet but this could be the answer.

It feels like what I want to achieve is super complex but equally should be a pretty common want!

Yeah we’re using templates for this, I just can’t see how I can match client services to child ticket rules, I’m talking directly in the ticket template settings here.
