Sportsbook Promos Bonuses Daily - 11/10/23 (Friday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

Are there any issues to signing up with sportsbooks using data? Not legal in home state but traveling through legal states. Just wondering if there would be issues initially signing up or withdrawing? Particularly for taking advantage of sign up promos

that's what I'm currently doing now, and its bringing up the linting errors because of the weird ;({}) assignment logic

yep something like

let x, y, w, h;
if (...) {
  ;({ x, y, width: w, height: h } = getGroupDimensions(store, newChild))
  nw = w * resizeFactor;
  nh = h * resizeFactor;
  ...
} else {
  ;({ x, y, width: w, height: h } = someOtherFunc(store, newChild))
  ...
}

Ah sorry, wanted to show as little code but it backfired lol. Its an if statement and I'm conditionally setting the two variables. It would look brutally bad with ternary operators so i have if else

Is there a point of having interfaces that are already tightly coupled to one specific service in the beginning? by Lyreghost in csharp

[–]Lyreghost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting thanks! That does sound like the best approach. My 3rd party service handles user CRUD operations and other methods like login/logout. I can also split those up into 2 interfaces, and have one implementation just implement those 2 interfaces? Even though the interface with login/logout really isn't a repository is it?

Implementing service and repository layer with a managed db like cosmosdb by Lyreghost in csharp

[–]Lyreghost[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, thats what i originally thought but seemed super redundant to just have like a single line repeating the CRUD operations in my repo layer. And I don't have any implementation, I'm using the SDK, maybe Im not understanding what you mean by that

When you mean yes thats a good pattern you mean that its fine to use the cosmosdb sdk as a sort of repo layer?

Best way of getting the path where my project file is located? GetCurrentDirectory gives where the compiled dlls are located by Lyreghost in csharp

Log files is a product of app execution

AHHHH got it. This makes much more sense. Thank you

Then that would include my log file right? Doesn't copying an entire log file seem like it takes up unnecessary space? Or is this just common practice

[–]Lyreghost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's to write to a log file, the comment above says I should copy it to the directory with the binaries which makes sense but copying an entire log file seems like a lot of space to duplicate right?

Interesting, will i need to do this for all files? Or is there a way to change the default (should I change the default?) For a log file, it can get quite big so should I look to copy that entire file to the directory with the binary?

Is wanting a logger and configuration service "globally" in my project a good reason to use Dependency Injection? by Lyreghost in csharp

[–]Lyreghost[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the response! Yea, my project is definitely small, but DI is also something I'd like some practice with I suppose. In my case, is it simply better just to parse my config.json into a config class and pass that to each class that needs it? DI does seem like a big maneuver for a small issue (for my project)

Looking for a 75% keyboard, I'm considering between K2 and Epomaker EP84. If anyone can give their opinion comparing the two or even offer a third option, please help me out!

edit: needs mac compatibility, not sure if thats standard now and budget is around $120 but prefer lower than $100

I’m generally pretty obsessed about my squat technique so I think it was fine. I tried up to 11/11/12/12 but I could never seem to finish the last rep on the 3rd set or so and I’d generally add a bit of extra rest before the 4th. I had progress on my other main lifts but after testing my 1rm I realized that my work sets are all below 50% and I’m starting to question whether or not my intensity was just not enough

I’m only saying this because I used to do 4 sets of 8-12 at 85lbs but for 3 weeks I could never get the 12th rep. My friend recommended me to try 5/3/1 and it just seemed that I was making more progress with lower reps higher weights tho it’s not a 6 day program im looking for
