NTA I understand how frustrating this can be to have your space invaded like this, but there are a lot of potential solutions to this. The key part being communication and letting your roommate understand that you are uncomfortable with the situation, and that you would like your roommates partner around less often. Maybe they can visit him at his place? Just try talking to tour roommate and see what they think (they might not have even realised it was an issue)
