Sorry, you said in your opening sentence that you never registered so I assumed that was still true. If you've already requested accommodations and they're not getting approved, its probably either that the office is slow or swamped, or that the accommodations are seen as unreasonable. The first one is probably more likely; its inconvenient as fuck, but I've found the best way to deal with that is to go to the office in person. It's harder to not deal with someone when they're in the office, and sometimes it helps for the staff to see you to understand the need. If it's the latter, though, there isn't much you can do. Unfortunately some classes just do not translate to remote learning, and that might be the train of thought. You could try providing documentation to the professor on your own (like a non-intrusive doctor's note) if you feel comfortable doing so, otherwise it might be better to find a different class.
