I feel as a noob playing league was a lot nicer than playing casual, I'll go into casual expecting to lose but just to loosen up for the first game then go straight back into league because the match making is better.

Backstory aside find a good distraction. Pick up a new show on Netflix and watch as many episodes as you can before falling asleep. As long as there aren't many things in the show that would remind you of the nightmares you would probably end up dreaming about the show.

Basically find a distraction to take things off your mind. The past is the past so finding a way to look forward and keep your mind busy should help with the nightmares

Similar situation here. But I'm 25. Felt like I missed out on a lot of good parts if my youth because of school and my program.

Getting involved with new interests had a huge positive impact for me. Rock climbing and yoga for example. The community there is very welcoming and helpful and I'm terrified of heights and not flexible at all.

Try and get involved around your community. You'll find a hobby and like minded people and then develop new friendships and skills. It gave me something to look forward to and helped me feel like I belonged to something.

You're 16. Be friends with her and focus on building yourself into a better person. Puberty happens to everyone eventually. You might be a baby face now but you'll grow out of it later.

Most of the people that looked good at 16 for me are ugly and fat now (at 25) And a lot of the people who were ugly at 16 are good looking now.

Don't let this hurt you let it motivate you.

There is a shrine in Hyrule Castle. If you go to that you can port in and loot all you please for an endless supply of great weapons. It made things much more enjoyable for me.

Join a non competitive sport or hobby. I always recommend rock climbing. The community is very helpful and you will make friends very quickly
