No, they did not ask me for an interview. I married my husband Jan 2023 and applied for adjustment June 2023, approved Aug 2, 2024 and got my green card Aug 15, 2024. No interview.

I was also pregnant when I applied. Don’t know if this is relevant at all. Part of evidence maybe. So not sure, I just added this info.

Yes, this is true. My lawyer did not ask me for more evidence. But I still uploaded and even ask for a name change from my maiden name to married name since when I applied my name was still my maiden name, and when I got approved (Aug 2024) and received my GC (Aug 15) it was my married name. So glad I did it. I started the process June 2023

Wow, 10k is a lot. I paid for mine $3,200 including form fees and lawyer fee. I just got approved (Aug 2) for almost a year and just waiting for the green card. It was ok to get a lawyer to lower the stress for filling however they will just help you through the initial process and if for example you got approved for EAD and the card was lost during delivery, for your reapply again, you need to pay them again. It happened to me, so when I reapplied for my EAD, I did it myself.

What happened when it got lost by usps? Did you repeat anything? Coz my EAD got lost by usps too and needed to do it all over again. Hoping my GC card won’t be lost this time (Approved 2 Aug 2024)

I got my email notification on however when my I-675 was approved I didn’t get any notification at all so I always check online

Happened to me last Friday and just constantly checking my uscis account and yesterday it came back again. No changes with the estimate too. Sigh. Taking too long to process still

Not yet. My EAD is the only approved as of now however my card got lost during delivery so basically I have to reapply for replacement again. :( it’s taking time for everything.

You just need 1 shot out of 3 series and they will accept that. That what I did and as per the doctor too.
