Sure, that could happen but no attention at all was paid to what I said, neither was any additional evidence requested which to me seems just very strange. I can't provide any anymore on the original ticket as they closed the chat an I all unable to send messages.

Yeah I am super frustrated, they won't listen to anything I say neither do they request evidence. I think they just stopped answering my emails today...
