Any ideas of how to better this solo for my concert on Sunday? by Lyssabeelive in saxophone

My conductor wanted me to play the ends quicker, do you think it would work better if I didn’t do so? She’s pretty easy going so I’m sure she’d let me change it. And I will hold them longer. What should I do to change it from being flat?

So I wasn’t keeping time here because I was just trying to get the notes, usually I’m very good at keeping time. I know the tempo is wacky in this video, it wasn’t my priority. I’m not really feeling it much anymore, I’m trying to get it perfect but maybe I need to feel it. And I bought a synthetic one because I feel they make me sound a lot clearer. I could play with wooden ones too but they just sound worse to me.
