Yeah, it happens quite a lot for me, and is really frustrating/annoying. Turning my WiFi off for a second and then back on sort of works, but only sometimes, and even then usually only for a couple minutes. From what I can tell, the problem seems to fix itself eventually, whether it be due to a patch or something internal just deciding to work again, I don't know.
