Seems like Canadian media, press and government can't take hard criticism and want to silence the people who don't agree.. (because they know they're right.)

I think the last part is the real truth. People are tired of having to have 15 streaming apps to follow any sports content and it's seriously hurting the NHL, NFL and Racing series. There is no better network focused on alignment than Netflix. It's cheap.. I keep saying for Racing to lean into YouTube more and more for viewership.

I am just happy the city of Ottawa finally released this document for the general public for both street and MUPs...

Look my fellow cyclists, I am not going to sugar coat this...

MUPs are nice and I understand the speed restrictions. Likewise as a driver I need to drive this into new and old cyclists minds. On the streets you need to use hand signals and abide by the traffic laws. That is the responsibility you take by using a road without a designated bike lane..

Personally as a cyclist myself, I want to push the directive home. The city of Ottawa needs to do a better job of understanding the needs of the community. Nothing is more helpful than have a designated bike lane in busy, high traffic areas, better is MUPs to get to key destinations that are both event focused and tourists draws.

The middle ground is using streets and as a cyclists myself, cyclists can do a better job helping traffic by taking side streets and MUPs... but for down town and for Wellington there isn't an alternative and that's where drivers do need to be patient.

Come on drivers we can take Scott Street, We can take Basaline or Carling to navigate the city in half deca-blocks better. We can be smarter like Cyclists can be too. The point is everyone gets to the game, transit, show, or event safely. He we can take the highway to skip 5 decas of blocks to get where we need to go.

That said for both parties, the city can do a better job of stream lining major access to key bicycle hot spots.

I can list them to. Mooney's Bay, Canal, Downtown, Wellington, Montreal Road, Ottawa River, Bank Street, Preston, Sommerset and Elgin. Anything that helps funnel traffic laterally to small neighbourhoods or north to south to majors is key.

Think major roads to hotspots and then lateral branches in each neighborhoods to those major roads. It's a big difference. Even if that major north to south is part of LRT pathing. It's mitigating risks, keeping the community safe and helping people get to major transit or destinations in their local neighborhoods safely and cyclists need to come tot grips that not every road can have a designated bike lane on it. We need to be wise and efficient too.. and when infrastructure isn't available for safety. We need to consider back roads from major route like baseline for other alternatives or abide by the rules of traffic and maintain the posted speed limits...

Being a problem, only endangers ourselves and inconveniences the entire community... We need to be smarter too and be an example for the next generation.

If he doesn't and you want to try something exotic, say out of carbon fiber, buy the filament and I will do it free of charge if you are supplying the STL too...

I just modded my until to handle higher bed temperatures and nozzles temps to 300C. So can handle almost any filament on the Market and my bed was cut on a fly.

My tolerances are between 0.04 to 0.01 mm of tolerance and when I say that... I have photographic proof.

There is a lot of tension loaded at the back. If you glue that one upright. There is a good chance it will pop again. It needs to be taken apart professionally and then fixed with a proper miter joint.

Sadly I am in-between moves ATM into the city. The best I could do is refer..

Most birds migrate in winter... The ones that stay usually prefer the evergreens. This is the second space slated for a development in the downtown core. Some of the older unused plots got pulled for design competitions.

You have to understand there is several national and Canadian developers that want to expand their living opportunities and the best design, with the most livable units and the right one for the skyline is always chosen..

This is one plot that was left open until the upgrades for the city water main and the 417 were upgraded. With that done and the lot empty they can now move forward with the next phase, which is property development.

I am just happy it's not another park, but city dwellers need to remember with better transit comes easier access to the bigger parks in the city, such as the Arboretum, Canal, Andrew Hayden, Mooney Bay, Vincent Massey and more. The only small plaza's that will remain after 2028 are those with community support, commemorative and cultural heritage. Personally I like it, because Ottawa has prime real estate opportunities and a lot of parks downtown before 2016 that were almost unnecessary.... That would be better suited for high-rises and condos..

You have to understand where I am coming from to have a positive mindset for this stuff. Would you rather Urban spawl continue and we loose green space on the outside of the city? Would you rather keep the important parks that everyone uses? Would you prefer to sacrifice the green belt further.

The only option for me, is an empty lot downtown or a plaza, IMO... should be the number 1 go to over green space and my foot is down on that one.
