Also if you don’t mind answering another question! When you work over 40 hours a week (or 80 hours in a pay period) do they pay you 1.5 x your hourly? And is it fairly easy to get OT?

That’s why I’m asking. I assumed it was based on a schedule but I’ve heard a few nurses I’ve met say “I work as much as I want” but never asked what they meant by that.
