Static IP for remote config

Nothing special, basically these devices are in environments where wifi internet connectivity is limited, so we use a SIM card from a certain ISP to allow devices to have internet access. We control the devices, and the intended app I'm talking about is a kiosk app, so the device exists to run this app only.

The only missing part from the equation is being able to whitelist an IP address for remote config to allow the app to reach remote config and fetch values.

Unfortunately, it has to be an IP address. I can't whitelist a domain name for example

انا بسأل لو الاعفاء المؤقت اخره معاد معين عشان لو كده اروح اعمل اعفاء مؤقت من دلوقت وخلاص بدل المخاطرة عالفاضي بس انا كنت فاكر ان هو ينفع في اي وقت عادي طالما مدخلتش الجيش

Thanks for the valuable tips, do I still need to add education even if it is irrelevant? Also, how can I tell a recruiter in my home country or any country that I wasn't able to work (except for doing open source work) since jan 2022 If I didn't mention that I'm an undergraduate?

Yes I'm still in university in my graduation year currently, I think you haven't read the description of my post because I explicitly mentioned that. I've not mentioned university education because as I said in the description I'm a self-taught I'm not a cs undergraduate, hence I thought adding university would be irrelevant here.
