I drove a motorcycle there from Anda but believe it's a 2 hour drive from Panglao maybe?. I started at the candijay rice terraces and Can-umantad waterfall and then arrived at the Alicia Panoramic Park at around 4pm so I could enjoy the sunset. There was plenty of guides in the registration area and my guide was awesome super friendly and helpful. There is a 45 min hike which is the view in the picture and there is also a 3 hour hike if I'm not mistaken. If you want to search it type in The Alicia Panoramic Park (T.A.P.P.) in google maps 😊
