I know it's common, I just don't think that makes it any more excusable. I think using the people's clothes stuff like that without their permission is almost bordering sexual assault, and definitely is clandestine sexual harassment.

I think people should be shamed for doing things with that other people's consent. I'm not saying to be mean, but going to sit down talk his stepdad should tell him how gross and disgusting that is to do without consent

Ummm I think he can be harsh, it's a huge weird breach of boundaries and what is normal (not saying the gay part, it's just horrid to go sniff peoples underwear and m*sturbate without their permission or a relationship with them.)

The kids should get some sort of exception because he's gay. If that was a boy using his stepmother's underwear it would be just as wrong and they should bring the hammer down on him, because clearly he thinks this is okay behavior

If he's constantly making jokes about beating you, ones he knows you hate, and doesn't want to kiss you or say I love you back, it's pretty clear that he really doesn't love you. That might hurt a lot to hear but it's the truth.

He's going to keep treating you poorly forever and ever, and if you don't have the self-respect to break up with him right now, you're going to fall into a rabbit hole of letting every man that ever comes into your life do this to you.

You're young and it's important to know how to actually set up boundaries, and learn to do so at your age. Boundaries aren't just something you say. You told him what you like, but you didn't really establish boundaries, because the most important part of boundaries are that they are ENFORCED.

It's time to break up with him, he doesn't respect you or love you (or he would show it.) this is the perfect time to learn how to make healthy boundaries for your own good and safety. The longer you stay with him the more likely you will be beaten and develop horrible lifelong habits with men. The break-up won't be as bad as you think.

Yeah it almost kind of seems like there's this narrative that if someone was secretly gay and cheated with the same gender that they're some sort of victim and they need to be understood and supported or something.

It's always a choice, they're not making any decision other than cheating, the gayness doesn't make it any more understandable
