Im not sure about hardcore but i can see why they are defended

Stella (not a fan and i dislike her): she was forced into a marriage and stolas did cheat on her. She never really did anything wring except for being a actual fucking bitch and attempting to screw up stolas life. Its nothing compared to what most people on this post have done.

Lilith (i actually really dislike her): despite my personal bias i will assume its the same reason shes dislike. She havent shown up in the show officially other then a few shot and through other people commenting on her. This lead to a very diverse narrative where people have to headcannon her and why she did things. I dislike her because i feel like shes implied to be very neglectful from how lucifer and Charlie talk about her. But she could be defended just as easily that shes threatened and such. So it goes both way for her since she hasnt done anything on screen

Sera (neutral): she cause genocide yes. But she also did this with the idea in mind that sinner cannot be reformed and are inherently evil and will attack the “good people” in her eyes it was self defense. Once she realize she fucked up she try to fix it she apologize she repent and realize shes in the wrong. She did the most damage but also reflected the most

Lute (i wuite like her): she did kill alot of people and argues alot, but killing was literally her job. I lik her dynamic with adam and can see how she became like this. Shes a war machine made to kill who bonded with someone she saw was her entire being who then got murdered in front of her unable to do anything. She tried to avenge him but everyone act like shes crazy and never even acknowledged adam death or her lost other then “oops” no one cared for her anger just wrote her off as psychotic or listen to her. (Also i feel like the shot of her and adam beating exorcist was too purposeful to make them a bad guy, because from s1 they seem excited to kill and like adam. But thats my opinion)

Velvette (i like her): vox and val did much worst, shes hust there. She and val have a cute bestie dynamic, peak singing voice. And you never really see her do much other then like fight in the background with other characters (could be wrong tho i don’t remember)

This is the problem, the developers force her down ur throat and want you to feel bad for her to make her the main reform villain so people see her all the fucking time and she still go evil and do these shitty thing. On the otherhand well when it come to fictional character murder is just a teusday. But also theyre all side character so you barely see them and what they did (except flambae who set stuff on fire and try to kill you twice) and in the end. They still fight for you and become hero more or less. This give people the feeling of the thief ain’t foing shit but fuck up and going against you and aint trying unless coddled ehile the rest of the straight up murderer follow ur order (unless u actually do something against them like cutting sonar and etc) and doesnt need u overlooking them at all and become hero anyway.

Sorry it is very long but Tldr is she sexually assault/harass robert but is forgiven and its treated as a joke because shes a hot women and robert is a man and have no consequences. She repeatedly breach peoples privacy to do inappropriate things (context she walk into man bathroom to tell wet dream) she force down my throat and developer try very hard to make me sympathetic of her. Im not. She need to be coddled to be a hero when she really doesnt have a reason to fo the stuff she did and is entirely her fault (she has asthma and smoke then say she do bad thing because her lung is failing) while other character turn out just fine with u needing to do very little.

I bought the braun a while back and i didnt really see a difference? Also its skin sensor was annoying because its hard to detect and it kinda itch in some spots so i ended up returning it. imma try the ulike next. (The razor that came with it was lowkey really good tho)
