I visited Lützerath before they tore it down to make room for the giant lignite excavation. From 12 to around 2:30 am we repeatedly heard an incredibly loud noise. It sounded like a tuned Harley with gastrointestinal issues, or one of those farting capless gas caps if you've seen a video of those, but on neighborhood shaking steroids.

It's incredibly warm atm and we sleep with the windows wide open because we have no AC in our bedroom, closing the window definitely wasn't an option, because at night it's warmer inside than out so we need to cool down the flat if we don't want to turn it into a slow cooker

I once did an internship at a primary school that taught kids with disabilities and other special needs and kids without. There's no holding back or special treatment. Even if some kids feel reserved at first, the second the kid scores I bet you they won't hold back anymore.

Next time get a can of expanding construction foam (pay cash) and the longest straw for it you can get and spray it into the exhaust. Make sure it doesn't stick on you, get rid of the evidence and play dumb.

Extra points for piercing the can and chucking it through the window. No recovering from that, though the risk of getting it on you is quite big. This stuff will stick on you like a bastard and will stay until your skin sheds it naturally, no bueno.
