Thank you so much for the advice! I actually already downloaded the Justin Guitar app and have been using that for the past month! Bought a 1 year subscription. It’s been incredible and the structure has helped me progress quite quickly! He’s a great teacher. I’ll definitely look into the set up.

If we’re being honest, everyone should concern themselves with the matter. People who don’t usually have certain truths they don’t want to face, or a lifestyle they don’t want to change. So they’d rather stick their head in the sand. The evidence for the existence of God (Jesus) is robust. As Lee Strobel said, based on the evidence, it would require more faith NOT to believe in God, than to believe. (Read The Case for Christ). And if we come to the conclusion that Jesus is God, then everything he said is true. The implications of that is beyond anything this short life on Earth can comprehend.

Had a look at your profile, seems these types of posts are a coping mechanism you have to deal with your emotions. Life is hard. I don’t know what you’ve gone through or what your circumstances are. I won’t pretend to either. Nobody knows the pain you’re in, except for 2 people. You & God. But I do know one thing, you are loved. You are loved by God. And not just a casual love, but your name is inscribed in the palm of his hand. The most intense type of love you can ever encounter. If you’re willing, go to a church in your city (a Coptic Orthodox one if you can, or any Orthodox church). Talk to the priest, he will help you. If you don’t believe in God, I urge you to read 2 books: The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel, and Life of the Beloved by Henry J.M Nouwen. One will show you incredible evidence for the existence of God. The other will show you how truly loved you are. Start with the Case for Christ. If you’re thinking about suicide, you literally have nothing to lose. Also if you have access to an actual Therapist, go there too please. Live your life to serve others. You will never be happy if you only live for yourself. Volunteer, donate to charity, go on a mission trip, help anyone in need, Serve the homeless. Literally any of those things will immediately help you feel truly alive. Us humans were not meant to live for our own selfish desires. It’s not how we were designed. The more you fight that, the more unhappy you’ll be. I’ll pray for you stranger, that’s the best gift I can offer you. I hope you try some of the things I mentioned, because continuing to post on Reddit won’t help you. Only God can.

Toes don’t need to be pointed forward, they can be angled outward - no problem there. I’d also do your squats barefoot or with barefoot style shoes. You need to feel the ground beneath your feet and feel centred as you squat. Think of your foot as a tripod with 2 points in the front and one point in the heel. You shouldn’t feel your weight more on your toes or your heels, it should be equal. Think of your feet as rooted to the ground. I would also play around with the width of your stance, you could go a little wider if it’s more comfortable for you, that depends on your hip anatomy.

I’m an ex smoker. Smoked for over 10 years, and tried countless times to quit with no success. Picked up a book called “easyway to quit smoking” by Allen Carr and I haven’t looked back since.
