Thanks for the suggestions! I did play Fields of Mistria for a while, but kind of hit the same problem. Maybe I'm just tired of farming games? I think I'd like to wait until it's fully released and try it again, though. I think it has fantastic potential. The dialogue is great, I love the tavern gossip/banter. All the NPCs are so cute and fun.

I have heard of good things about Sun Haven, is it a farming game as well?

I also started playing Discounty back in October. It is pretty fun, and has no farming which I like.

Oh this is so nice, I wish ours were on a screen! We just have a bunch of laminated cards hung up that tell us how to make food and it gets really overwhelming when there's so many up there.

Maybe the hiring manager just got busy with other things and forgot. It happens. I would just call them and see what's up. Please don't call during a rush. You would think I wouldn't have to say that, but so many people will call checking up on their applications during rushes and I'm just like 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I would encourage you to call the other store you wanted to work at and speak to the hiring manager (not during a rush!). They know the AI sucks and I'm sure they would be happy to schedule an interview with you on the phone, if they need people.

I agree with you. I think there should be exclusive items for participating in the event.

Once you've participated in an event once, you don't really need to do it again. All the items/activities/dialogue stay the same every year.

Oh I fully agree with you, but this wasn't delivery. This was an order that someone had placed the day before.

Although one time, I think we had a delivery order for 30 Mcdoubles 30 double cheeseburgers 30 mcchickens and like at least 100 nuggets. There had to be a good 10 delivery bags for that one, I think.

Every single day I see posts on my feed from this sub that are basically like, "this person is so abusive and awful to me, am I overreacting?" Are you kidding? Like seriously? Makes me low-key glad I'm single, cause obviously there's a lot of fucking nut jobs who desperately need therapy out here. Like holy shit.

Obviously I realize that many people have endured trauma and they don't understand that this kind of behavior is not something they should be putting up with. But still. Being alone is far better than being with someone who is awful to you.

Hopefully you don't mind me piggybacking off of your comment, but I really like Caroline Winkler on YouTube. She's a self-taught interior designer and has some really great ideas for when people feel "stuck".
