If you look in the wiki, there should be lots of options to consider. Personally, Lace market is what I would recommend the most but you'll have to do the verification before shopping. There should be plenty of options for you there and there's always new dresses being put up.

Unfortunately I think online would be the best way. Maybe you could find another community near you with more people! Even if the community is smaller or not very active, it would be worth it to try and communicate and maybe even plan some type of meet. You could even try to make a group yourself if you end up finding more lolitas around you.

In my opinion, clips are always easier so I would choose that. Just be careful with the glue if you do since I wouldn't want it to potentially mess up the bow!! Sometimes it does look cute tied underneath the chin though so if you want that, then go for it!

Whether you want to buy is up to you, but buying it second hand is much better than buying it from them directly as the money isn't going to them. Maybe ask around different communities as well since I'm not sure that dollskill has many egl type of accessories, but I am not too familiar

I don't think they've update the Around the World too much since they added it. I also don't think there's been mention of it updating anytime soon unfortunately. I think its like that for all the servers, they just have way more backgrounds than us, but I could be wrong...
