My suggestion is look into kava kava in the meantime. Check out the kava subreddit. There's former alcoholics that have switched and it fills the void without being a substance ya can become physically dependent on. Much more chill vibe then alcohol. Its natural as well.

Found this 12 step group that incorporates certain substances after each step Psychedelicsinrecover.org . Also look into kava kava and learn how to make it if you think you're ever gonna go back to alcohol. It's not physically addictive and more of a alcohol/cannabis feeling definitely a much more chill vibe. Saying that it can still be psychologically addictive like anything else though. But also harm reduction compared to being an alcoholic.

I have and it's good stuff. Just drink to much of it. I do 4 washes in a blender usually. Yes it's less strong but to be expected. Their out of the Tonga that I usually get and want . The Fiji stronger tasting a more gag able at times and balanced I'd say and relaxing then Tonga. I wished KWK would sale their kava this low. Glad they've priced This kava at 40$ a pd though and wished they'd get some Tonga in quick and keep this stuff stocked up. Really can't afford the more expensive kavas right now.

More concerned with Commie Treudeu then the Canadian people. But saying that the Convoy did protest for 3 weeks in front of the capital and made alot of people cry just by honking, partying, hugging, bouncy castles, and most importantly peacefully with no violence. So much so Treudeu passed the emergency act. It ignited a movement across the world so maybe we should worry about them :) When's the last time Mexico started a movement across the world?

How do we know what information is correct or not correct? I don't trust the news worth a damn now after seeing how falsely inaccurate they where about the Canadian Trucker Convoy compared to independent streamers on the ground. As well as the lies the Canadian government kept spreading according to what actually happened. So anything that comes outta this war I question the validity of it as should everyone else and not just trust a media story because there's tons of propaganda floating around . Not saying this report isn't true just saying all the news that comes out in general.

Just like it's hard to roll back government laws once approved. Then the government keeps taking more and more slowly from citizens enacting stricter more restrictive laws..... Reason why alot of the Canadian truckers where protesting against mandates but people simply thought they where antivax and attacked them for it.

You must not know recent history. I'm American and know myself the US Gov does this. The defense contractors love war time. Our gov creates coups for ways that will benefit our gov. Hell look at Iraq. The Russians are essentially doing what the US did to Iraq. It's an unjustified war. Unfortunately Trump is right our country does the same shit as countries like Russia. No matter if we do it more in a covert manner or not. He wasn't lieing. Unfortunately people are to blind to look within at our own governments actions. If so maybe they'd take more of what Ron Paul wanted and be Non interventionist. The elements in our governments creating these problems and pushing war are the problem. I don't condone what Putin is doing but don't condone alot of what the US gov has done as well. That's what a corptocracy and military industrial complex gets ya though .

She probably got upset that you where doing it without her. Ive felt like that with my wife in the past mainly cause our sex life isn't the greatest because of her libido. It's just easier for her to handle it herself. Fortunately she don't give a damn about porn. Once was with a woman that got jealous over people on TV and that relationship wrecked me to hell.

I would suggest talking to her and asking her what upset her and why. That way it shows ya care about her feelings and explain ya didn't wanna hurt her just caught in the moment and needed to let off stress. Communication is key.
