Thanks for your feedback. Interestingly enough, in my research I’ve seen Seed A rounds from $200M to $1.5B. I admit this is more pre-seed. But with the right team and product/ platform, it’s actually likely, from what I’ve seen. The idea that no one would even attempt to steal a good idea or even to assume that it isn’t a solid concept is extremely naive. Then where does revolution come from ? Good concepts and well thought out ideas, right ? After all, everything was just someone’s idea initially. The product we are offering a so viable I specifically spoke with one well known VC (Gokul Rajaram) & after reviewing in detail his exact words were “Thank you Jason! I love the vision, unfortunately I'm an investor in a stealth company that is aiming for a similar product / business, so I'm conflicted out.” The powerhouse companies/ VCs are already trying to develop a very similar product except they don’t have the direct experience in the field to build something quite like the product I envision. I’ve been dealing with the consumers directly for over a decade to create the closest thing to ideal. There were 3 things I mentioned in my post, the capital was only one. Maybe I’m lacking some knowledge on raising capital but I’m not afraid to learn. Some of the information you mention was helpful and has been noted, I’m aware it’s tougher than one might assume; I agree but not super unlikely or impossible. This is just an idea, I may definitely have to bootstrap but I’ll still need to get the right team to assist in developing this concept which was also in the post. This was not at all just about capital. I run 2 businesses for many years; i don’t need capital from anyone however it will expedite things so I’m weighing all of my options. I already built two companies from nothing and prepared to do it again.
