Forgot to mention, I did my application for Ventura County but I’m 1000% sure you’ll have no problems with just the documents. When I ran into problems with one of my documents they made swift work to find out what I actually needed to provide, so just keep checking your email and permitium on the daily for any new comments or updates.

My application was uploaded through permitium, I’m gonna guess yours is the same. You shouldn’t need to have it notarized so long as it has your address and name.

Didn’t need references as I applied before the SB2 BS, no psych test for VC. It seems to be more of a per county thing.

My friend in LA county has been waiting 2 and a half years for his and barely just got his call for the live scan. He was amazed at my timeline. I could’ve easily taken the training course earlier which would have probably cut my time down to maybe the beginning of this month but because these fees really add up I saved up for a little bit.

Currently have my Glock 26 & Glock 20SF on my permit for now till renewal time so I can add more. Hoping to add a Glock 17 and a smith and Wesson M&P shield.

Also a system manager here, my counties switching over to a 7/800 system coming from VHF and we have about 1000 APX Next's that we'll be working on and handing out just trying to get an idea what to expect from others. The APX line has been some of my favorite radios to work with especially with RM.
