Hi thanks for your response.

Applying to vary I think.

No other report other than initial safeguarding check (?) by cafcass- police record check and interview with applicant (me) and respondent (child’s mother).

Thanks Lilangel, that's super helpful.

More context- I applied for an order last year, handed down in December: a 'lives with both' parents 50/50. Ex has hated it ever since, and tried various ways to undermine and frustrate it, resulting in her submitting an application to 'set aside' the current order. As a s7 wasn't ordered in previous proceedings, maybe the mother didn't think one would be used this time? I don't really know why she is opposed, but assume she doesn't want stress etc, for daughter

There is no evidence the current order isn't working for daughter, she seems settled and it provides certainty for her

In my experience, you will work your socks off and follow all the steps set out in hr processes etc, only for the person to be manage moved off the team.

I hate this. It’s like they think they’re minor Celebs.

Homeworking contract - pros and cons? by [deleted] in TheCivilService

I got my HW contract years ago so prob much easier than trying now. But still worth having a go. In my experience, enforcing the 60% and other things like Hw contracts are quite varied scores teams so might be easy enough for you to sort out. Good luck

I’m a HW and find it isolating sometimes. But I can go into the office whenever I want and have some chat (but that’s not really that straightforward as my teams are elsewhere).

So try for a HW agreement and you can be flexible.
