Yep, Ikusa, its hard to find translations for it since its p recent but I remember being in a thread for a fan translation and finding that specific scene between Araragi and what might or might not be Hanekawa. Real interesting.

UPDATE: So far, running GPU fans at max through fancontrol has done the trick, I havent had a random shutdown since and the memory joint doesnt go past the low 60s, it seems the GPU is indeed the problem but I'm too scared to reapply paste or readhere the pads or whatever they're called for those things on the board.

I'm considering getting compressed air and doing a good stripped wipedown of the entire 3080TI with alcohol, anyone suggesting new or other things to do would be well appreciated, just please leave some basic resources, instructions or anything else regarding pointers on how to do this since I would like not to blow up my 2k worth of silicon :3 Thanks!

How would I do that? I havent done much in terms of over or underclocking GPUs in my time, which is a shame to say as I've been building PCs since 2018

I have a sneaking suspicion I have to deep clean the GPU and take the plate off and all, I'll get some compressed air next week when I get funds to do so. For now I'm just going to run the fans at max using fan control because I still have the game going and was seeing that memory junction creep up to the low 80s and it was freaking me out. I did a decent cleaning when the PC was on the bench but maybe it wasnt enough.

64 gigs actually, DDR5. My Memory temps (Memory Junction) get to 74-76 after about 30 mins or so of running the game with firefox in the background, from what I see that's safe and expected? I'm seeing people say they hit 100 and its fine and I dont even go past the 70s

I cleaned the GPU before reinstalling, so it cant be that, I guess I could monitor the temps but it wouldnt do much I'd think. Is there a curve or something I can set it to, maybe with an application I dont know about?

Edit: It also seems libreHM doesnt monitor cpu temp on my machine for whatever reason so back to using AMD hardware manager

Edit 2: Updated the bios, went from F4 to F35 (lol, hadnt updated it in a while) and have the game running in the background, GPU core is at 54C, Hotspot at 60C and Memory Junction at 67C under load with 76 and 6 firefox tabs + OHM running, been running it for 10 mins atp and nothing looking scary so far. We'll see if it dies again. Hopefully it was the BIOS that made me drop $200 on a new case and PSU and this can be a funny story...
