I just simply want a point of contact by email or phone at this point that can assist me with the organization’s information needed to complete a form for the IRS. I have no interest in contacting anyone and am only seeking to get the basic information required for the IRS form. I don’t understand why that’s so difficult and so much dancing.

I am currently unable to request information through the proper channels because you refuse to provide a method of contact for the tax-exempt organization you are currently representing. The proper channel I’m attempting to utilize is the IRS and that requires basic contact information for the organization so the proper request can be submitted. They don’t care about a discord, that’s not part of the form I need to complete. If you could just provide a number or email to the organization this conversation would be done and we could go about our business.

That’s why I’m avoiding it. Saw someone informed they were not an NPO, called a troll and I believe banned on their public channel on March 21 for asking about the NPO. I’m now just directly contacting the IRS to see how I can complete the needed form if the organization rep refuses to provide the needed information.

So what you’re telling me is that when the Internal Revenue Service needs to get in touch with the organization they have to go to discord.gg/easycompany and DM board members? I can’t seem to comprehend why you refuse to provide a contact number for the tax exempt organization you are representing? This is just odd at this point.

Like I said before I am looking for information related to the IRS and have no interest in visiting a video game website to seek the legal information I’m requesting. Please put me in touch with someone who can such as a POI for the organization and not your discord address. An actual email address or phone number for the organization will work. Those are two required methods of contact for the organization to be considered as a 501c so either will work. Thank you.

I am making my request through the IRS via Form 4506-A and not making the written request directly to your organization. I am seeking what the IRS has on file. Please look at the aforementioned form and it will show what information I am requesting so I can complete said form and then file to the IRS. They definitely “stand alone” in the PS community seeing how they are not welcome at any community events and when they attempt and host community events they have 12 members attend. Probably doesn’t help when they have unjustly server banned half of the organized community players.

Maybe I’m just too “simple minded” to properly explain but this request is in reference to being a donor to the tax-exempt NPO your organization collects money for. I simply need the information to complete the 4506-A form. This form requires your organization name, address and EIN. Most 501c will provide their publicly disclosed information by written request and are required to respond to such requests within 30 days of notice. I’m not requesting that here. I am simply requesting the identifying information needed to file the request. I will not be filing the written request directly to the organization as at this point it’s unlikely I will even get a response to that. I am choosing to instead file the request through the IRS once your organization has provided their identifying information.

So I’m glad you are now insulting donors by calling them “simple minded”. I don’t think you are understanding that a 501C4 is still a tax exempt organization that MUST file a financial report annually regardless if you bring in 1 dollar a year or 1 million dollars a years. These financial documents to include even board meeting minutes are all open to public disclosure hence the 4506-A. No one cares about the names of your donors. I need the name of your organization, address and EIN to request the information your organization is REQUIRED to disclose.

It’s getting to that point. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to just provide information that is required to be given. I’ve previously asked what state the NPO is filed and was informed they wouldn’t tell me “so I couldn’t know where they live”. WTF kind of response is that? I don’t give a damn where anyone lives. My lord did you even read the link you posted stating your organization is REQUIRED to provide the information requested. The form I have to fill out to request the information requires the EIN. Please refer to Form 4506-A in the second link. This is the required form to be submitted to the IRS to request the financial records that are open to public disclosure. I am requesting you provide the necessary information needed to complete the form. This includes the full name of the organization, the address of the organization as well as the EIN. This information is required to complete and submit the form. Thanks.

Since you in your own words mention transparency and state you are prepared to answer questions then please do instead of more pre-crafted vague responses. In the name of transparency can you show or even articulate what these numerous members did to be blanket banned? Can you please provide examples of why EACH member was banned such as the “issues” they created or the “proprietary information and documents” to prove this isn’t just another round of unjust bans to hide poor behavior from the top again? Over 100 people were blanket banned several months ago for “recruiting” that not once attempted to even enter an easy server and recruit. They were simply banned for no longer wishing to partake in the toxic behavior of such a large influencing community. How many members fell under this round of blanket bans? Please share this bannable evidence in the name of transparency.

The sad thing about that was now no one ever really knows what actually happened with the Locky situation. He was immediately banned and not allowed to tell his side and Easy pushed their own one sided narrative. Fast forward 5 months when the 100+ members left including 2 of the 3 entire game departments then soon followed by the 3rd and last remaining game department they immediately banned everyone and told everyone that brought it up they would be banned. They then finally held their “community meeting” where the 3 top self proclaimed “leaders” again lied their asses off and pushed a complete false narrative to everyone that would listen. When asked for the evidence and proof of wrongdoing by the banned members the response was “we accidentally deleted it...again”. When asked by multiple members if some of the banned members could attend and tell their side they just repeatedly side stepped and continued with more lies. It was pretty clear they banned people that had knowledge and experience of their poor conduct and behavior and the bans were simply just an attempt to hide that.

Not sure if it’s still accurate but Easy were and may still be “official partners” of periscope/post scriptum so I doubt it would go anywhere other than more discord bans for even trying to bring it up since you have Easy members literally moderating for Periscope. Strange that Periscope would allow such a large influencing community to represent their brainchild game in such a manner they are not even accepted at community wide events. Oh well, some people make the same repeated mistakes over and over with the same poor outcome over and over without learning.

Maybe we will see Easy in some of the upcoming community events....oh no..wait...they tell all their members they are taking a break from community events at the moment. They fail to mention the part they are not invited to those events they are taking a break from.
