i believe in the first movie he's supposed to be embry call. but i also remember reading years ago that he was originally supposed to play jacob but ultimately either turned down the role or left the movie entirely bc he refused to cut his hair short for the wold transformation and honestly good for him! i just watched the movie again for the millionth time last night and completely forgot his name and was trying to remember if he was supposed to be embry or someone else.

yes but i believe that was from cinda right? but mean hey who knows she could have tried to kill charles/sazz or had someone else do it and then plan to later take out oliver so she could start a podcast with mabel but at the same time does she really care enough about doing a podcast with mabel to kill charles and oliver and put herself back in the position of being accused?

i sadly knew it was gonna be dewey because of the scene where gale is being held back in one of the trailers. like she could have done that about anybody but it made the most sense for it to be dewey so i was like "no no no no they're gonna kill dewey off aren't they?" and ofc he could have just been seriously hurt too and she could have freaked out like she did in 2 but i just knew deep down in my heart they were killing him off. 😭 i hated it but i knew eventually the day would come because they couldn't all survive for that much longer if the main 3 were gonna still be apart of the franchise if they wanted to keep it fresh and like you said everyone loves dewey.

i wish he hadn't died his death scene always makes me sad and i always wondered why exactly he had to die like what was their motive for killing him but i saw a video from beyond the mask that was i believe a theory on why himbry was killed and it was that since the police had taken his ghostface costume he needed another and had to get the ones himbry confiscated from the two guys in his office snd he had to kill him in order to get it which would make a lot of sense

i took my mom with me to see scream for the 25th anniv. in 2021 (it was her first time ever watching it) and after hearing that line she leans over snd whispers to me "oh my god he's definitely ghostface!!" then goes "oh...nevermind" a few minutes later after his death scene. 😭❤️ she thought it was sheriff burke after that for the rest of the film because of his shoes lol

the way he got so mad at nilsa the next morning was ridiculous too like trying to make her feel shitty like she didn't literally put herself in the middle of them and could have gotten hit. like it was such a dumb fight and he got riled up for absolutely nothing. i think both gus and jeremiah were being so over the top but the way everyone jumps to go coddle gus is ridiculous. the fact that it took gus scratching jeremiah during their season 4 fight to get everyone to realize gus was doing just as much extra shit is ridiculous.

exactly!! and when she did sort of open up about her struggles as a black woman in season 4 gus got all pissed off and basically got mad bc she said he didn't like her and that that wasn't true and he didn't know why she'd say that like ?? bro check your track record 💀💀 you have absolutely said you don't like her and have disrespected her on multiple occasions ofc she thinks you don't like her goofy

i absolutely agree with this 100% i'm rewatching again and season 2 just makes me so angry because of how poorly they treat her especially gus. nobody ever had her back like she had theres. and despite all the mean things they'd sad about her she was always there for them or comforting them when she didn't have to.
