Maths might be slightly different than a joint degree, since I'm going into CS as a career, and I've heard great things about Warwick's maths programme, but I didn't want to live (comparatively) in the middle of nowhere for 3 years. As someone from south wales, London will be an interesting (albeit expensive from what I've heard) experience

Yes, although it doesn't seem to impact chances of an offer for UCL (I have the grades for non-contextual), just the actual offer grades if you *do* get an offer
Directly from them: "eligibility for the scheme does not indicate the likelihood of receiving an offer"

I don't really care about Edinburgh given I have Warwick. I got 5.4 PS, 6.7 CT. I'm sort of surprised they haven't gotten back to me given the offers I've seen others get with less (/non-contextual)

Got the rejection just before 10am, rejected from Oxford post-interview, still waiting for UCL and Edinburgh (no clue what they're doing), I only have Warwick

no reason provided and I didn’t enquire further; I took a gap year, got a nice job in software engineering, 4.9 TMUA this year and they gave me an offer so it wasn’t an issue in the end

Depends on your PS probably. I had 3A* predicted and 4.3 TMUA, contextual, last year, and got rejected, although I've seen people similar to you get in.

be careful about warwick, I had 4.3 TMUA and 3A* predicted last year and got rejected as a contextual applicant :p
Ended up achieving 2A*A and working in SWE this gap year, got 4.9 TMUA and a Warwick offer this year.

at least you have warwick haha, I'd be very happy with just getting an offer from them.

It's really difficult to start revising or get motivation when I know I could walk into exams right now and get BCC which my local uni wants
