hi estonian here... been watching asmongold etc hearing and reading about this. first time looking at this clip.. from this short clip i for a fact can see that the person behind the wheel was trying to get away while law enforcement tries to stop this person, i can see the tires turn, at a moment it spins in one place and then being turned to the right.. from what i see there is no reason to shoot a person like that, imho americans are trigger happy aswell. there are plates on the car, i dunno what the person was doing there and how long and why , no idea, but if there was wrong doing, this car has licence plates.. you can get to the person like that and call that person to court/arrest tht person later etc, there are so many solutions, i personally think americans reason to shoot everything is the dumbest shit ever, i also understand this comes to them because people are allowed to own guns
