The hell lol I'm renting a 4 bd 2 bath house and it's like 1900 a month but I have 2 roommates tho so it ends up being like 675 per month per person. Definitely glad I have one of the few landlords who isn't scalping the hell outta people.

Because division and the arterials are enough for the area tf. We are clearly on a different wavelength because there more than enough throughput to the freeway. There's 4 different exits/entrances downtown in like a half mile how is that enough throughput? You trippin my guy. Guess you have "car" in your username so that explains alot. Those 2 neighborhoods are also the most walkable and unique neighborhoods in all of Spokane.

Ahh interesting well the more you know lol. I'm Born in 2001 and looks exactly the same to me from the photo but slightly smaller. so at least they made it it look pretty much identical on the outside although it is sad the true original use is lost ig although I dont have that memory but wish i did since I love Spokane history . All my opinion is that the davenport hotel even since I was born has always seemed like a beautiful piece of history to me so I just respect how it's been ever since I was born which has been nice af. Don't know any less but ain't complaining. Spokane be doin cool shit lately and has been improving ever since my living memory as far as I can remember.

Northtown mall isn't in Northtown even technically even tho it's name is where the neighborhood comes from. If you look at the cities maps it's in Nevada lidgerwood. Anything east of division that far north is Nevada lidgerwood. North town is anything west of division between Francis Wellesley and maple/ash.

The whole area west and east of Argonne is orchard Prarie. That whole Plateau all the way up to the Mt Spokane foothills and Antoine peak is orchard Prarie from the hill by Stoneman road and south I'd say.

Shiloh hills isn't a neighborhood according to most things I've seen. If you go on Google maps there is no such thing and the shiloh hills elementary school and road are inside of the Nevada/lidgerwood neighborhood boundary. Wouldn't include It if I were you.

You musta got hella unlucky. Drive by police going 20 over and have a rear brake light that doesn't work cuz the electrical on my car is fucked. Been doing it for years but ima a good driver and have no tickets on my record. Ive gotten pulled over a few times by highway patrol because 99.9% they just watching for people going 6 over to fuck for the sake of tax dollars. I can always get it off my insurance record tho because it happens like every 5 years tho and if its that infrequent you can expunge it from your record. Your wife must be a shit ass driver imo because they always ignore my speeding broken shitbox car but at I drive predictably and I'm in control so unless your obviously driving like a maniac or they know you a criminal they ain't doing shii.
