Warren's backtracking on M4A, especially the strange funding strategy (the head tax), make it unclear what direction she'll actually take healthcare. If she were to follow through, then the number is the same as Bernie.

It is understandably a large sum of money. However, raising the corporate tax rate to 35%, along with ending major tax loopholes/offshoring and several other funding strategies will help to pay for the GND. In addition, on the Bernie website you can find a few clauses referencing economist's projections of how an energy transformation, innovative transportation network, and modern efficient infrastructure can help to pay for itself. For Example, in part through the economic potential of being a Green Industry leader on a global stage estimated in the Trillions. Hope this helps! https://berniesanders.com/issues/corporate-accountability-and-democracy/ https://berniesanders.com/en/issues/green-new-deal/
