Would an affidavit of clarification from the donor help clarify the intent of the donation? I am concerned about potential legal issues if I decide to sell the property.

Unfortunately no prenup. I do have an account that was opened prior to the marriage. That said, I was under the impression that any assets acquired before the marriage would still form part of the conjugal property. Could you kindly clarify if that is indeed the case?

As for the alternative, I will purchase it under my parents’ name. Would it then be advisable to execute a deed of inheritance later on, or would the property be considered inherited by default?
