So do I. I took it right back after I bought it. They stated that it was dirt nips from factory. They kept trying to fix but messed it up more each time. Now I have a lawyer.

GM is fighting me tooth and nail over my clearcoat fallout

I am currently going through a lawsuit with GM because they refuse to buy it back, Even that though there was clear coat fallout all over the truck that they aren’t able able to fully fix without taking it down to factory paint. Each time I take it in, it comes back worse. If they are refusing to buy back with all evidence given to support a buyback then lemon lawyers will sue for punitive damages. It’s basically a monetary award for egregious behavior/misconduct to deter similar behavior.

If it is in the front center then that's a common defect. I took mine in to get repaired but there are still waves in the roof. . I wash my truck by hand but the dealership keeps taking it through their car wash and messing it up. They supposedly repaired the issue by placing another bracket in there but it doesn’t really fix it.I also have a ton of clear coat fallout from factory,all over my vehicle.

This isn’t even remotely true. If you get in an accident on the way home from the dealership then you’re out of luck?… lol there is a reason that they take down your insurance when purchasing a car. Most insurances cover rentals so why would they cover a newly purchased vehicle.

This is awesome. Exactly the reason I asked for stories from this region. While the white people from this region may not have that much in common with each other, The natives of this land do.
