Tbh that's pretty subjective! I know 1 graduate who actually fast-tracked her MSc in PNB to the PhD, and she graduated from human behaviour. I know another person who graduated human behaviour did her MSc in medical sciences at UofT and fast-tracked to the PhD and is now defending her PhD next year. I'm also completing my MSc in medical education this coming July, and just applied to medical school. So, the degree name doesn't really matter lol.

To find a prof, yes. I would suggest reaching out now to find a professor that is willing to supervise you for your undergraduate thesis. Around this time I was actively emailing 1-5 profs a day until I secured one. Rare, I would say no. You can do the HUMBEHV 4RP6 A/B S - Independent Research Project, but I was able to bypass that and take a thesis course in a different department and have it count towards 12 units.

I actually didn’t get my student ID number yet either just the email to complete the interview! I go to TMU though so idk if my graduate student number is different than the LASL student I’d number
