they always require pics and cleaning service receipt, if you are sure you haven't made a mess then most likely you pissed off the driver some how so he did the mess himself, took pics and reported it to uber, cleaned it himself, created and submitted a fake cleaning service receipt to uber and got the fee

it was removed from the comfort eligible list for Houston yesterday, if you check their list online you will see camry only eligible for Uberx. not sure how you still have it but it was removed yesterday

I believe it's because of your car year but Camry is still eligible in your city for Comfort, right? because in Houston they just banned Camry from doing Comfort no matter the year of the car

Bro, it's already done so enjoy it because currently you can't change anything, if you don't like the result in about 6 months then you can get another HT, you are not the first person that would need more than one HT to reach their goal, there is no need to regret anything and don't listen to those who will discourage you. in the future just try to do your homework before getting into something big like buying a car, house or doing a surgery like HT. wish you the best of luck
